Through every stage of growing, processing and production, we operate strict
quality assurance and traceability systems, coupled with HACCP risk analysis.
Naturally, all of the quality and safety measures that we operate evolve
constantly to meet new processing techniques.
We operate a total traceability QMS from seed to packaged product,
and this is reinforced at production level by our technical team, on site laboratory and QC department led by our on site microbiologist.
